Refund Considerations

Weather-related

APM Centre Programs: Unfortunately, cancellations of sessions held in the APM Centre are likely not to be made up. If 50% or more of the sessions have had to be cancelled, you will receive a prorated refund for each further session cancellation (less the processing fees and purchase of shin guards/socks package, water bottle and/or t-shirt). For example, if there are 6 sessions, 6 will be divided into the program registration fee to come up with a per session cost and that becomes the refund you will get for each cancelled session of 3 or more.

School Gymnasium Programs: Sessions may be cancelled at Delta Soccer's discretion for safety reasons, including school closures, custodian unavailability, or hazardous travel conditions (e.g., heavy snow, high winds, poor visibility). Make-up sessions are offered by adding them onto the end of the existing program when feasible. Prorated refunds (less processing fees) apply only after 50%+ of total sessions are cancelled, calculated by dividing registration fee by session count; single or isolated cancellations do not trigger refunds.

Outdoor Programs: If 25% of the program's session have already been cancelled, you will receive a prorated refund for each further session cancellation (less the processing fees and purchase of shin guards/socks package, water bottle and/or t-shirt). For example, if there are 8 sessions, 8 will be divided into the program registration fee to come up with a per session cost and that becomes the refund you will get for each cancelled session beyond the 25% mark. An alternative to the monetary refund is to choose a make-up session. For example, if an equivalent program is running at a future date, your child could participate in one of those sessions to make up for the missed session.

Value-related

If you are not 100% satisfied with the value of your child's Delta Soccer program, you can express your concerns in writing (joel@deltasoccer.ca) and you will get a 100% refund (less the processing fees and purchase of any Delta Soccer merchandise). This refund applies at any time during the program season.
